MY CULINARY EDUCATION AND CAREER

Executive Chef Hammami Khoubeib is a highly skilled culinary professional with over a decade of experience in the culinary arts. He currently serves as the Vice President of the Tunisian branch of Toques Blanches and is an esteemed educator at Pyramid Culinary Academy.

A pioneer of international cuisine, Chef Hammami introduced the very first concept of Scandinavian cuisine to the country of Saudi Arabia. His strong academic background, including a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management from renowned institutions in Tunisia and France, has equipped him with the technical expertise and global perspective needed to excel in the culinary world.

With his experience and success, Chef Hammami has led teams of up to 20 culinary professionals, overseeing daily operations, menu development, and budget management in Michelin-starred restaurants and prestigious hotels. His dedication to culinary excellence has been recognized internationally, as evidenced by his numerous awards won at prestigious cooking competitions.

Through extensive travels around the world and collaborations with world-renowned chefs, Chef Hammami has honed his skills and developed a unique culinary style that seamlessly blends traditional techniques with modern innovation.

Bizerte has a strategic geographical location, which has made it an important city throughout history. The city has been inhabited by many different civilizations, including the Phoenicians, Romans, Arabs and French. The natural beauty of Bizerte is one of its main attractions. The city is surrounded by mountains and forests and has a long coastline with many beautiful beaches. Bizerte is also home to a number of nature reserves, including Ichkeul National Park, which is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The strategic geographical location of Bizerte has made it an important city throughout history. The city is located on a narrow strait that connects the Mediterranean Sea to the Gulf of Tunis. This strategic location made Bizerte a major trading port, and it was also an important military base. Bizerte has been inhabited by many different civilizations throughout history. The Phoenicians were the first to settle in the area and they founded the city of Hippo Acra in the 8th century BC. The Romans conquered Hippo Acra in the 1st century BC and renamed it Bizerte. The French conquered Bizerte in the 19th century and ruled the city until Tunisia gained independence in 1956. Bizerte is a city with a rich history and a magnificent natural setting.
